Though each plan includes a different combination of sheets, the majority of our plans come with the following.
Display the building from the outside perspective, including the front, sides, and rear, along with windows, doors, and exterior materials.
Includes construction details that can include framing details, wall sections, stair sections, and more.
Show the layout of the house as if it were sliced horizontally to include door and window openings.
Shows the location and type of lighting fixtures, switches, receptacles, and wiring needed for the house.
Presents a top view of footings, foundation walls, and the locations of posts, beams, and load bearing walls as necessary.
