Plans are designed in accordance with generally accepted construction and zoning practices. However, local building codes, zoning laws, and permit requirements vary by location. Compliance with all local regulations is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or builder. Barndo Plans LLC assumes no responsibility for approval, permitting, or compliance with local authorities.
All designs remain the intellectual property of Barndo Plans LLC. Purchase of a plan grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to construct one (1) structure only. Plans may not be copied, shared, resold, modified for resale, or reused for multiple projects without written authorization. Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of copyright law.
If additional builds are required using the same plan, a multi-use license must be purchased. Construction of more than one structure without proper licensing is not permitted.
Due to the digital and copyrighted nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a plan has been purchased, downloaded, or accessed, it is non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.
All plans, drawings, and documents are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Barndo Plans LLC does not guarantee that plans will meet all local requirements without modification.
Barndo Plans LLC does not act as a contractor and does not oversee construction. The company is not responsible for construction methods, site conditions, or contractor performance. Final construction decisions and execution are the responsibility of the purchaser and/or builder.
The purchaser is responsible for obtaining all required engineering, structural analysis, permits, and approvals. Site conditions, measurements, and local requirements must be verified prior to construction. Plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems may require additional design based on local codes.
